Why is Limited Access considered a service by the LTL Carriers?
Most locations that are limited access are not normal businesses open to the public.
Most do not have docks or may require a smaller truck to access the site.
Some have security delays or particular procedures for checking in.
May have limited hours for pick ups and deliveries.
